1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing from sharelafashion.com ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
2. Who We Are
Sharela LLC ("Sharela," "we," "us") is a multi-designer fashion platform curating premium clothing, handbags, footwear, hats, and jewelry from Colombian designers and artisans. Our primary market is the United States.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law to place an order. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes; slight variations in color or texture may occur due to photography or screen settings.
5. Orders & Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment is processed at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
6. Shipping
Orders are shipped within the United States. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Sharela is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy, incorporated herein by reference and available at sharelafashion.com/pages/contacto.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Sharela LLC or its designer partners and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
9. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; submit false or fraudulent orders; scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer any part of the Site; or interfere with its security or functionality.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sharela LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

Al acceder o realizar compras en sharelafashion.com ("Sitio"), aceptas quedar vinculado por estos Términos de Servicio ("Términos"). Si no estás de acuerdo, por favor no uses el Sitio. Nos reservamos el derecho de actualizar estos Términos en cualquier momento; el uso continuado del Sitio después de publicados los cambios constituye su aceptación.
2. Quiénes Somos
Sharela LLC ("Sharela", "nosotros") es una plataforma de moda multidiseñadora que ofrece ropa, bolsos, calzado, sombreros y joyería premium de diseñadores y artesanos colombianos. Nuestro mercado principal es Estados Unidos.
3. Elegibilidad
Debes tener al menos 18 años y capacidad legal para celebrar contratos vinculantes bajo la ley aplicable para realizar un pedido. Al usar el Sitio, declaras cumplir estos requisitos.
4. Productos y Precios
Todos los precios están en dólares estadounidenses (USD) y pueden cambiar sin previo aviso. Nos reservamos el derecho de limitar cantidades, descontinuar productos o corregir errores de precio en cualquier momento. Las imágenes de productos son ilustrativas; pueden existir variaciones menores de color o textura debido a la fotografía o la configuración de pantalla.
5. Pedidos y Pago
Realizar un pedido constituye una oferta de compra. Nos reservamos el derecho de aceptar o rechazar cualquier pedido. El pago se procesa al momento del pedido. Aceptamos las principales tarjetas de crédito y otros métodos de pago indicados en el checkout. Todas las transacciones se procesan de forma segura a través de Shopify Payments.
6. Envíos
Los pedidos se envían dentro de Estados Unidos. Las tarifas de envío y los tiempos estimados de entrega se muestran en el checkout. Sharela no es responsable por demoras ocasionadas por transportadoras o aduanas. El riesgo de pérdida pasa a ti en el momento de la entrega a la transportadora.
7. Devoluciones y Reembolsos
Las devoluciones y reembolsos se rigen por nuestra Política de Devoluciones, Cambios y Reembolsos, incorporada aquí por referencia y disponible en sharelafashion.com/pages/contacto.
8. Propiedad Intelectual
Todo el contenido de este Sitio — incluyendo textos, imágenes, logotipos y diseño — es propiedad de Sharela LLC o de sus diseñadores asociados y está protegido por las leyes de derechos de autor y marcas registradas aplicables. No puedes reproducir, distribuir ni usar ningún contenido sin autorización escrita previa.
9. Usos Prohibidos
Aceptas no: usar el Sitio para fines ilegales; enviar pedidos falsos o fraudulentos; copiar, extraer datos o hacer ingeniería inversa de cualquier parte del Sitio; ni interferir con su seguridad o funcionamiento.
10. Exención de Garantías
El Sitio y su contenido se ofrecen "tal cual" sin garantías de ningún tipo, expresas o implícitas, incluyendo pero no limitado a comerciabilidad, idoneidad para un propósito particular o no infracción, en la máxima medida permitida por la ley.
11. Limitación de Responsabilidad
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley aplicable, Sharela LLC no será responsable por daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales o consecuentes derivados del uso del Sitio o la compra de productos, incluso si se advirtió de la posibilidad de dichos daños. Nuestra responsabilidad total no superará el monto pagado por el pedido que originó el reclamo.
12. Ley Aplicable
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Florida, Estados Unidos, sin consideración a principios de conflicto de leyes. Cualquier disputa se resolverá en los tribunales del Condado de Miami-Dade, Florida, salvo que la ley de protección al consumidor aplicable exija lo contrario.
